Revvity Signals ChemDraw + Signals Notebook

Signals ChemDraw University Edition combines the most feature-rich version of ChemDraw Desktop with integration into the Signals Research Platform. 

Signals ChemDraw University Edition package includes:

  • ChemDraw+, a new web offering of ChemDraw allowing creation, storage and organization of chemical drawings in Signals.
  • ChemDraw Collections, ChemDraw for Excel, Chem3D Ultra, ChemFinder Ultra and Chemscript.
  • Signals Notebook Standard, the next-generation electronic lab notebook for chemists.
  • Standard Edition has all the capabilities of Individual and more. Signals Notebook Standard unlocks many more scientific workflows, administrative control, and collaboration with colleagues.
     
    Here are some additional features of the Standard Edition:
    - Configure signing and witnessing workflows
    - The administrator manages the user lifecycle (create, deactivate, transfer content)
    - Create ACL rules for sharing content
    - Create new metadata for experiments (projects, locations, automation)
    - Define restricted system access (IP Range, SAML SSO)
    - Task/Request workflows
    - Material libraries
    - Custom tables
    - Integration with external databases
    - Library of RESTful API endpoints
    - Samples
    - Define auto text (lists, text snippets


IMPORTANT: Changes to UCSD ChemDraw access starting in September 2024.

  • Effective September 2024, all users must be manually added to the UCSD Revvity Signals licensing portal. Chemistry and Biochemistry students, faculty, and researchers must promptly submit a software form request for access.
  • The accounts may take up to 48 hours to be added to the UCSD portal.
  • Please note that Chemdraw is assumed to be the only requirement for classes unless Signals Notebook access is specifically requested.
  • Users can log in to UC San Diego Signals ChemDraw portal after being added to the license portal.
