Walk-up Service Closed or Limited Until Further Notice

As of April 8, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in-person, walk-up services are as follows:
  • AP&M is closed
  • Tech Hub @ the Hive is open if remote service options have been exhausted and the case is deemed sufficiently critical


There are several methods you can use to get help from the IT Services Service Desk.

Self-Service Portal

  • Submit your request for help or report something broken
  • Review the status of your open items
  • Help yourself using knowledge base articles including how-to information and instructions

  • Phone support hours are as follows:
    • Monday through Friday 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., with expanded hours until 10 p.m. when classes are in session.
    • Saturday and Sunday 12 - 3 p.m., when classes are in session.
    • After Hours, on-call support for outages can be reached through our phone system whenever our normal phone support is closed.

  • Tech Hub @ the Hive, TPCS, Third floor (map) / Weekdays, 8 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 1 – 4:30 p.m. Limited at this time.

The Health IS Service Desk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. UC San Diego Health includes UC San Diego School of Medicine, Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the hospitals and clinics.
