AP&M Walk-up Service Closed Until Further Notice

As of April 8, 2020, walk-up service at AP&M is closed due to general stay-at-home orders. In the meantime, submit your ticket via phone call, web portal or email as noted below. In-person appointments may be scheduled if remote service options have been exhausted and the case is deemed sufficiently critical.


ITS Service Desk

There are several methods you can use to get help from the ITS Service Desk.

  1. Self-service portal:

    • Submit your request for help or report something broken.
    • Review the status of your open items.
    • Help yourself using knowledge base articles including how-to information and instructions.

    • Phone support hours:
      • Monday through Friday 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. Weekday after hours on-call support is available from 10:01 p.m. – 6:59 a.m.  
      • Saturday and Sunday noon - 3 p.m.
  4. Walk-In:

    • AP&M 1313, First floor (map) / Weekdays, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Closed until further notice.
    • Tech Hub @ the Hive, TPCS, Third floor (map) / Weekdays, 8 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 1 – 4:30 p.m..
UC San Diego Health employees, use the dedicated UC San Diego Health Service Desk instead:

The Health IS Service Desk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. UC San Diego Health includes UC San Diego School of Medicine, Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the hospitals and clinics.
