ITS Service Desk
There are several methods you can use to get help from the Service Desk.

- Submit your request for help or report something broken.
- Review the status of your open items.
- Help yourself using knowledge base articles including how-to information and instructions.

- Phone support hours are 7 a.m. – 10 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours on-call support is available from 10:01 p.m. – 6:59 a.m. weekdays and all day on weekends.

The Health IS Service Desk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. UC San Diego Health includes UC San Diego School of Medicine, Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the hospitals and clinics.
