There are several methods you can use to get help from the IT Services Service Desk.
Self-Service Portal

- Phone support hours are as follows:
- Classes in session:
- Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, noon - 3 p.m.
- No classes in session:
- Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- After Hours, on-call support for outages can be reached through our phone system whenever our normal phone support is closed

The Health IS Service Desk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. UC San Diego Health includes UC San Diego School of Medicine, Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the hospitals and clinics.
