There are several methods you can use to get help from the IT Services Service Desk. 

Self-Service Portal

  • Submit your request for help or report something broken
  • Review the status of your open items
  • Help yourself using knowledge base articles including how-to information and instructions

  • Phone support hours are as follows:
    • Classes in session:
      • Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
      • Saturday and Sunday, noon - 3 p.m.
    • No classes in session: 
      • Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
    • After Hours, on-call support for outages can be reached through our phone system whenever our normal phone support is closed
      • NEW! Starting June 19th at 7am, After Hours support will be provided by Enterprise Operations Center. They can be reached by pressing 2 in the phone tree.

Health Sciences

The Health IS Service Desk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. UC San Diego Health includes UC San Diego School of Medicine, Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Herbert Wertheim School of Public Health and Human Longevity Science, and the hospitals and clinics.

UCSD Professional Schools

IT information for UCSD Professional Schools can be found on the itss.ucsd.edu website.
