Remote Campus Operations January 3 - January 30 

Following the announcement that campus will be remote, walk up support at AP&M will be closed until UCSD goes back to in person on January 18. Our office will be following university guidelines when re-opening our walk up support. If you need assistance, please contact the ITS Service Desk using the contact methods below.

There are several methods you can use to get help from the IT Services Service Desk.

Self-Service Portal

  • Submit your request for help or report something broken
  • Review the status of your open items
  • Help yourself using knowledge base articles including how-to information and instructions

  • Phone support hours are as follows:
    • Classes in session:
      • Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
      • Saturday and Sunday, noon - 3 p.m.
    • No classes in session: 
      • Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
    • After Hours, on-call support for outages can be reached through our phone system whenever our normal phone support is closed

  • Tech Hub @ the Hive, TPCS, Third floor (map) / Weekdays, 8 a.m. – noon, 1 – 4:30 p.m.

The Health IS Service Desk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. UC San Diego Health includes UC San Diego School of Medicine, Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the hospitals and clinics.
