Workplace Technology Services (WTS) supports a number of options for hosting your site. Each includes software, training, and a support team to assure best practices. These include:
Campus Content Management System (CMS)
- General CMS sites: For campus and School of Medicine departments and centers with a public-facing focus.
- Blink: For departments with information aimed at faculty and staff.
- TritonLink: For departments with information aimed at students.
Simple Sites
Simple Sites is a managed WordPress hosting environment where you can create a basic website or blog with UC San Diego-branded templates that conform to accessibility standards.
Sharepoint
Microsoft SharePoint provides a collaboration workspace that integrates with Office 365 apps and services.

- Scripps IT: For the Scripps community, including the Birch Aquarium, California Sea Grant and the Nimitz Marine Facility in Point Loma
- San Diego Supercomputer Center's Web & Database Hosting (SDSC WebDB): For any UC site. Supports WordPress, Drupal, ExpressionEngine, as well as custom applications and frameworks. A complimentary MySQL database is provided for use with the website.
