Centrally located on the third-floor of Torrey Pines Center South, the ITS Tech Hub @ the Hive offers walk-up face-to-face support and expertise for your computing needs.
Services
No appointment required. If you can bring it in, we’ll work on it! Phones, tablets, and ITS issued laptops are all serviced at the Hub. Here is a sample of some of the services we offer:
- Installing and/or configuring applications
- BYOD support: install/configure work productivity apps
- Configuring mobile devices
- Troubleshooting WiFi connectivity
- Virus and malware removal
- Accounts: Resetting/changing passwords or two-step login questions
- Computer boot up issue diagnosis
- Spare accessories for loan: Laptop chargers, adapters, power strips, etc.
Our expert technicians will be able to assist with any and all technology-related questions. If your issue cannot be resolved at the Hub, we can assist with the creation and routing of your ServiceNOW ticket to ensure the quickest resolution possible.
Scheduled technology training sessions
We will also offer scheduled training sessions on ITS supported technologies including Zoom, Microsoft 365, G-Suite, and other productivity services. Announcements will follow as these are scheduled.
