Required for all employees receiving compensation from UC San Diego. You need to attend only once in your career. This is instructor-led training.

Healthy Working Office Ergonomics Self-Evaluation and Training
Required for staff represented by Coalition of University Employees (CUE) who work more than 60% of their normal work schedule at a video display terminal. This is an eCourse.
Recommended for any employee who works at the computer for 4 or more hours per day and those who supervise them. Also intended for those who want more in-depth information on ergonomic principles in order to identify and perform basic interventions for workers at computer workstations.
Based on your answers, this Web-based tutorial makes recommendations to increase your comfort and reduce risk of injury.

Dealing with Emergencies
Recommended for all employees who wish to learn about basic preparedness procedures and resources, or their department's role in the UC San Diego Emergency Operations Plan. This is instructor-led training.

Recommended for employees driving personal, UC, or rental vehicles for university business; taking UC property off campus; and/or bringing personal property onto the premises. This is instructor-led training.
