Reports and Dashboards

Reports and dashboards in the Enrollment and Grades category.
Report/Dashboard	Description
Campus Class List	The Campus Class List report is used to provide class lists each term for UCSD and its Professors. It will show which students are enrolled in the various classes, the colleges they are from and what their major is.
Campus Class List 3rd Week	Campus Class List 3rd Week report is used to provide class lists each term for UCSD and its Professors. It will show which students are enrolled in the various classes, the colleges they are from and what their major is as of the 3rd week or census date.
Campus Class List Statistics	Campus Class List Statistics information is used to provide enrollment statistics. It will show how many students from different class levels are enrolled in various classes and the colleges they are from.
Campus Class List Statistics 3rd Week	Campus Class List Statistics information is used to provide enrollment statistics. It will show which class levels are enrolled in various classes and the colleges they are from as of the 3rd week census date.
Campus Grades	Campus Grades report is data from the eGrades application that provides department and academic unit representatives with grading information for courses within their purview.
Campus Student Information	Campus Student Information report is used to track specific student "types" for associated information (ex: campus, etc.) across different departments.
Campus Student Information Census	Campus Student Information 3rd Week report is used to track specific student "types" for associated information (ex: campus, etc.) across different departments as of the census date.
Campus Withdrawal Information	Campus Withdrawal Information report is used to track students that have withdrawn for a term.
Campus Waitlist	Campus Waitlist report is used to help clear students off a waitlist, and to help ensure that major requirements can be met.
Campus Waitlist Audit	Campus Waitlist Audit report is used to track students who have gotten into a class from the waitlist after the class has started because we require waitlisted students to attend class to get in.
Campus Major Minor Change	Used to see how many students are switching in and out of a major, as well as between several majors within one department. Needed for manual process to accept / reject requests for capped majors.
