During QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), access is provisioned only to the development and testing team. While access can not yet be requested, the required trainings are all available and can be completed prior to the reports going live.

When requesting access to this report, please select the "Enrollment and Grades" reporting category in the report access request.

Please see Requesting Access to Student Reports on the Get Started page for more information.

Before access can be requested, the following UC Learning trainings are required:

  • FERPA - Confidentiality of Student Records and Privacy Rights
  • Privacy at UC San Diego (or Privacy 101)
  • UC San Diego Business Analytics Hub Fundamentals

Once the trainings have been completed, please allow at least 24 business hours for the data to update then submit the Student Reporting Access Request SNOW form (coming soon).

Non-Census Data

The data in this non-census version of the report updates nightly and will continue to update even after the 3rd Week census date.

There is another report available that does not update enrollment data after the 3rd week, this is called the Campus Class List Statistics 3rd Week report.

Enrollment Count Tips

The Enrollment Record count will show the number of students enrolled based not only on filters selected on the prompt page, but also reflects the chosen granularity in the Report Fields prompt.
Below is an example that demonstrates some ways this feature can be used.

Total academic year enrollment from FA22 through WI25 in CHEM41A.

Image shows a single row with the total enrollment for the course.
Adding the "Term Code" field to the Report Fields prompt will display the enrollment count per term.

Image shows the prior enrollment count but now it is broken out into separate rows for each term.

In this final example, “Primary Instructor Full Name” was added to the Report Fields selected. For FA24, this course had multiple offerings, so the report now displays the enrollment count broken out Instructor (and term).
