How to Place a Call on Hold

Learn how to place a call on hold, then retrieve it from another phone.

1. Activate the hold feature.

While you are on the call, press 8.

2. Retrieve the call you have placed on hold.

Lift the handset.
Press the access button (1 or 2) that corresponds with the call.
