uAchieve for Staff

uAchieve is the Office of the Registrar's Degree Audit Reporting system. This interactive campus tool tracks degree progress and assists with time to degree for students.

uAchieve Access

Access to uAchieve is granted in two levels:

1. Running Degree Audits

If you are a staff member that needs access to run/view degree audits and you are running into an error, please work with your DSA (Department Security Administrator) to update your security and access in the Facility tab of AccessLinkTNG. To find a list of your Department Security Administrators, go to the DSA Lookup and enter your UC San Diego email.

If you recently moved to a different department/college and lost access to running degree audits, please contact your DSA to review your AccessLinkTNG security.

2. Entering Exceptions and Running Batches

For advisors whose role requires the ability to enter exceptions or run batch audits in uAchieve, access is managed by the Office of the Registrar.

First, please ensure you have access to run Degree Audits (step 1 above). Then, fill out the request form linked here: uAchieve Access Request. You may email the completed form to uAchieve@ucsd.edu.

Please note:

  • FERPA training through UC Learning is required prior to granting access.
  • Permission in uAchieve is granted via Business System ID (click for more information). Your Business Systems ID is dependent on your department. Please contact your DSA if you do not know yorur Business Systems ID prior to submitting the request form.
  • If you change departments/college and your Business System ID changes, you will need to submit a new access request form to update your account.
