Business Transformation and Optimization
What we do
Business Transformation & Optimization (BTOp)
The BTOp value-stream was created to transform and optimize the way our people, processes, and technology work together. BTOp takes an enterprise-wide, methodical approach to assessing and analyzing problems, designing new organizational architectures, providing analytics and metrics, streamlining workflows and processes, and optimizing talent alignment and development. BTOp emphasizes cost-effective solutions that don’t sacrifice innovation - by organizing around outcomes, as opposed to tasks; enabling greater efficiency, collaboration, and accountability. A systematic approach to the human side of change is fully integrated into all recommendations with implementation and communication strategies designed to ensure buy-in from the people who will drive adoption and sustain desired results.

Did you know?
BTOp focuses on two transformation tactics to achieve optimization:
- Core Transformations of identified operational processes and models. The teams partner to improve what organizations are currently doing by coming up with fundamentally different ways of doing them. This is done by aligning talent, rearranging processes and/or deploying appropriate technology.
- Strategic Transformations that look beyond doing things "better today" and concentrate on long term sustainability. The exciting aspect about this focus is that it lends itself to innovation and often times is the genesis of new business models and operations that provide significant benefit to the organization and valuable opportunities to the staff.
