What we do
UCPath is the UC-wide human resources, academic personnel, payroll and benefits system. At UC San Diego the Central Core Payroll (CCP) office provides integrated functionality and timekeeping coordination, while Central-HR, APO, ARC and HHR support the HR requirements of our location. Together, these offices serve campus and health, meeting the needs of staff, student workers and academics.
UCPath Support is the customer service platform that provides integrated assistance across these functionally related areas of HR, Academic Personnel, Payroll and Timekeeping. Transactors that fall under ARC and HHR are supported by those central offices, which in turn coordinate with CCP. In all cases a team of experts is ready to answer employee questions, provide guidance and support to transactors and timekeepers, deal with missing or incorrect pay, and provide any other assistance employees may need.
