BFS - Human Resources (BFS-HR)
What we do
BFS-HR provides administrative support to the Office of the Controller and full scope human resource services broadly to employees (career, contract, student employees, limited, volunteers) across all divisions/core units within BFS. This unit oversees the following functions: recruitment, on/off-boarding, performance management, retirement, employee & labor relations, workers’ compensation, disability & leave (FML) administration, accommodations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, reclassification, promotions, organizational assessment. Additional services include employee & management consultations.
