This salary plan status document reflects a two-year wage agreement covering 98-99 and 99-00.
Range adjustment | 98–99: 2%, effective 10/98. 99–00: 2%, effective 10/99. Step-based. |
Merit | 98–99 and 99–00: Requires nine months of qualifying service. Increases subject to delay (employees eligible for increase 7/98 receive increase 1/99; 1/99 delayed to 7/99; 7/99 delayed to 1/00; 1/00 delayed to 10/00). Increases up to 1 ½ steps, based on performance. Salary increases may not exceed 4.75% of the salary increase budget. |
