This salary plan status document reflects a two-year wage agreement covering 98-99 and 99-00.
Range adjustment | 98–99: 2% retroactive to 1/99. 99–00: 2%, effective 1/00. Open ranges without steps. |
Merit | 98–99: retroactive to 1/1/99; 1.5 – 2.0% if "Met Expectations"; 3.5 – 4.0% if "Above Expectations" or "Outstanding." Eligible if non–probationary, in career position, below maximum and continuously on pay status since 10/1/98. 99–00: effective 1/1/00; 2.0 – 2.5% if "Met Expectations"; 4.0 - 4.5% if "Above Expectations" or "Outstanding." Eligible if career, non–probationary. |
Employee incentive awards | Eligible, limited to cash bonuses. |
