99 (Non–union)
Range adjustment | 2% adjustment to range minimums/maximums, effective 10/1/99. Open ranges without steps. No automatic increases except to range minimum. |
Merit | 3.5% salary increase budget, effective 10/1/99. Eligible if non–probationary, in any casual position without ending date or career position as of 4/1/99, with a salary rate below the range maximum. |
Employee Incentive awards | Limited to cash bonuses. |
Casual–Restricted increases | Up to 3.5% after 12 months on pay status since the most recent date of hire or last within–range increase. |
Other | 4.6% Information Technology parity increases, effective 10/1/99. |
