Range Adjustment | 10/1/99: 2% increase to range maximums; 2% salary increase. Open ranges without steps. |
Merit | 1/00: 1.5% base–building increase, not to exceed the maximum.; 1.5% lump sum payment, pro–rated by appointment percentage, to those at maximum. Eligible if non–probationary, career, rated "Met Expectations" or higher, or if not evaluated in past 12 months. Six-month increases eliminated. Eligible for casual increases of ½ step following 12 months or 1,260 hours on pay status, based on performance. |
