Range adjustment | 5–8% adjustment to range minimums/ maximums retroactive to 5/1/99. Open ranges without steps. No automatic increases except to range minimum. 10% range adjustment and 5% rate increase for Sr. Nurse Anesthetist, effective 10/99. |
Merit | Effective 5/99, 5% if "Met Expectations," 7% if "Above Expectations" or "Outstanding"; not budget–driven. Eligible if non–probationary, in career position, with a salary rate below the range maximum. |
Employee incentive awards | Eligible, limited to cash bonuses. |
