This salary plan status document reflects a 2-year wage agreement covering 98-99 and 99-00.
Range adjustment | Open and step-based ranges. 98-99: 2% retroactive to 10/1/98, two step range extension for Computer Resource Specialist/ Computer Operator, effective 4/1/99. 99-00: 2%, effective 10/1/99. $200 signing bonus for title codes 9603, 9605, and 9525. |
Merit | 98-99: Retroactive to 10/1/98. 99-00: Effective 10/1/99. Eligible if career, non–probationary. Step and open–range merits. No casual or six–month increases in current contract. |
Employee incentive awards | Eligible for both years, limited to cash bonuses. |
