Range adjustment | 0-10% adjustment to range minimums/ maximums retroactive to 5/1/99. Open ranges without steps. No automatic increases except to range minimum. |
Merit | 1/00: 0% if "Below Expectations," 1.5% if "Met Expectations"; 3.5% if "Above Expectations" or "Outstanding"; not budget–driven. Eligible if non–probationary, in career position, with a salary rate below range maximum. No six–month increases. |
