Choose one of the methods below to use FinancialLink to find the funds or indexes that are assigned to you or to get information about a fund.
Note: You must have a Business Systems account and authorization to access FinancialLink.
See a summary of all funds currently associated with your organization code.
- Go to the Reports screen in FinancialLink.
- Choose the Fund Summary option under IFIS Core Reports.
- Enter your organization code in the organization field.
- Select the Include Db/Cr Indicators? checkbox.
- Click Submit Form.
See a summary of all indexes and funds currently associated with your organization code.
- Go to the Reports screen in FinancialLink.
- Choose the Budget Summary with Index Summaries option under Summary Reports.
- Enter your organization code in the organization field.
- Click Submit Form.
Find information for a particular fund.
- Go to the Reports screen in FinancialLink.
- Choose the Chart Query Report option under Chart of Accounts Reports.
- Enter the desired date in the Effective Date field.
- Enter the fund you want information on in the Fund field.
- Click Submit Form.
