HX – Patient Care Professional (Represented by UPTE)

Range adjustment 4% 1/1/02, except Pharmacists @ 5%.
Merit Salary increase 1/1/02:
2% if "Solid Performance," 4% if "Above Expectations"/ "Exceptional." Not budget–driven. Eligible if non–probationary, in career position, with salary rate below maximum of range
Employee incentive awards Eligible for cash bonuses. 0.5% mandatory assessment to IAP pool.
