99 (Non–union)

Range adjustment No adjustment to range minimums/ maximums except MSP C and above, effective 10/1/01. Open ranges without steps.
Merit 2% salary increase budget, effective 10/1/01. Eligible if non–probationary, in any career position as of 4/1/01, with a salary rate below the range maximum. Exclusively–represented employees who become non–represented before 10/1/01 are eligible if they otherwise qualify.
Employee Incentive awards Eligible for cash bonuses. 0.5% mandatory assessment to IAP pool
Casual–Restricted increases Minimum wage increase to $6.75 and range realignment 1/1/02. Up to 2% after 12 months on pay status since the most recent date of hire or last within–range increase.
