99 (Non–union)
Range adjustment | No adjustment to range minimums/ maximums except MSP C and above, effective 10/1/01. Open ranges without steps. |
Merit | 2% salary increase budget, effective 10/1/01. Eligible if non–probationary, in any career position as of 4/1/01, with a salary rate below the range maximum. Exclusively–represented employees who become non–represented before 10/1/01 are eligible if they otherwise qualify. |
Employee Incentive awards | Eligible for cash bonuses. 0.5% mandatory assessment to IAP pool |
Casual–Restricted increases | Minimum wage increase to $6.75 and range realignment 1/1/02. Up to 2% after 12 months on pay status since the most recent date of hire or last within–range increase. |
