Range adjustment | Step–based titles: 2.8% increase + $56 10/1/00. Open–range titles: 4% increase to minimums and 10% increase to maximums 10/1/00. 4.3% + $56 across–the–board increase. |
Merit | Step–based titles: Increases of zero to 1 1/2 steps based on performance 10/1/00. Eligible if non–probationary, in a career position, with a salary rate below the maximum of the range. Open–range titles: None |
Employee incentive awards | Eligible for cash bonuses. 1.3% mandatory assessment reduced to 0.5%, effective 10/1/2000. |
