Range adjustment | Effective 10/1/2000: 2.8% for career and casual employees with an annual salary of less than or equal to $40,000; 1.8% for those with an annual salary greater than $40,000, but less than $80,000. Effective 1/1/2001, 0–5% adjustment to range minimums/maximums. Open ranges without steps. |
Merit | Effective 1/1/2001, 2% increase if "Solid Performance," 4% if "Above Expectations/Exceptional." Not budget–driven. Eligible if non–probationary, in career position with a salary rate below the range maximum. |
Employee incentive awards | Eligible for cash bonuses. 1.3% mandatory assessment reduced to 0.5%, effective 10/1/2000. |
