Range adjustment | 3.8% increase and expansion of range to seven steps, effective 10/1/2000. Step–based ranges. |
Merit | Moved to single date of 10/1/00, with lump sum payment to 1/00 cycle. Increases up to 1.5 steps, based on performance. Salary increases may not exceed 4.75% of the salary increase budget. |
Employee incentive awards | Eligible for cash bonuses. 1.3% mandatory assessment reduced to 0.5%, effective 10/1/2000. |
