Merit | Step–based titles: Increase of zero to 1 1/2 steps, based on performance and budgetary guidelines 10/1/00. Open–range titles: 3.5% merit budget Eligible if non–probationary, in a career position, with a salary below the maximum of the salary range. No casual nor 6-month increases. |
