99 (Non–union)

Range adjustment 2% adjustment to range minimums/maximums, effective 10/1/00. Open ranges without steps. Revised seven grade PSS structure 10/1/00. Effective 10/1/00, special salary augmentation of 2% for those with an annual salary of less than or equal to $40,000; 1% for those with an annual salary greater than $40,000, but less than $80,000. 0.8% salary increase funded from reduction in IAP pool assessment, effective 10/1/00.
Merit 4.5% salary increase budget for clerical-related titles; 3.5% salary increase budget for all other titles, effective 10/1/00. Eligible if non–probationary, in any casual position without ending date or career position as of 4/1/00, with a salary rate below the range maximum. Exclusively–represented employees who become non-represented before 10/1/00 are eligible if they otherwise qualify.
Employee Incentive awards Eligible for cash bonuses. 1.3% mandatory assessment reduced to 0.5%, effective 10/1/00.
Casual–Restricted increases Up to 4.5% after 12 months on pay status since the most recent date of hire or last within–range increase.
Other 4.7% Information Technology parity increases, effective 10/1/00.
