Range adjustment 3–8% adjustment to range minimums/maximums retroactive to 5/1/00. Open ranges without steps. 2% salary increase for career employees, 0.8% for casual employees, and 1% for per diem employees, effective 10/1/2000. 5–7% adjustment to range minimums/ maximums, effective 05/01/2001
Merit Effective 5/00, 4% if "Met Expectations," 6% if "Above Expectations" or "Outstanding"; not budget–driven. Eligible if non–probationary, in career position, with a salary rate below the range maximum.
Effective 5/01, 4% if "Met Expectations," 6% if "Above Expectations" or "Outstanding"; not budget–driven. Eligible if non–probationary, in career position, with a salary rate below the range maximum.
Employee incentive awards Eligible for cash bonuses. 1.3% mandatory assessment reduced to 0.5%, effective 10/1/2000.
