If you can't receive calls on your second line, use this checklist to help solve the problem.
Check the accept-second-call button.
- The accept-second-call button must be illuminated in red to receive a call.
Cycle the accept-second-call button.
- Press and release the button a couple of times to ensure that the feature is released.
