INTRA-Location Transfers

When hiring a current or previous UC San Diego employee from another department, please email your designated VC area I-9 contact(s) to transfer the employee’s Tracker profile and I-9 to your worksite. Please include the following information:

1. Employee Name (First and Last)
2. UCPath ID Number
3. Former/Departing Department Code
4. New Department Code

INTER-Location Transfers

When hiring a current University of California employee from UC San Diego Health or another UC Location, please complete the  INTER-Location I-9 Transfer Form to transfer the employee’s Tracker profile to your worksite. You will receive an email once the transfer is complete.
