Find out how to review and update the beneficiaries of your retirement savings plans and life insurance.

Use AYSO (At Your Service Online) to access W2’s and Earnings Statements issued prior to the June 2020 conversion to UCPath and to find links to your medical and dental providers.Find retirement resources at UCRays.
To update your benefits information, log on to UCPath to see your own personal dashboard.
You can designate primary and secondary retirement and life insurance plan beneficiaries online.
Plans that require beneficiaries:
- Tax-Deferred 403(b) Plan
- Tax-Deferred 457(b) Plan
- Defined Contribution Plan
- University of California Retirement Plan (UCRP)
- Life Insurance
To view or designate beneficiaries:
- For UCRP, CAP, or life insurance:
- Go to At Your Service Online (AYSO) and log on.
- Select My Beneficiaries.
- For all other retirement plans:
- Visit the Web site for Fidelity Retirement Services, or call (866) 682-7787.
Review your beneficiaries regularly and update them if you experience a major life event such as marriage, divorce, birth of a child, or a death.
