Managing CMS Users

Learn how to manage your CMS users.

There are two general types of CMS users:

  • those who can publish to both stage and delivery (the default), and
  • those who can publish to stage only

WTS manages adding and removing users from the CMS.

Email wts@ucsd.edu if you want to:

  • discuss the process for new CMS users
  • change the publishing permissions for a user
  • get a list of current users with access to your site
Complete the removal request form to have users removed from your site (student workers at the end of the quarter, separating employees, etc.)
