Learn more about options for storing data at UC San Diego.

The University has multiple options for storing and maintaining different types of data.

Campus:

  • Microsoft OneDrive - Microsoft’s document creation, collaboration and storage platform.
  • Google Drive - Create, edit, share, and store documents.
  • OnBase - Securely store campus documents that need to be retained for legal and regulatory purposes.
  • Kaltura - create, publish, and manage all of your Campus video.
