Overview

Steelcase pricing is based on the products' List Price in effect at the time of order, with a few exceptions that are covered by the Steelcase-UC contract. List price increases occur once a year at the most and don't exceed 3% for the entire product line. All price quotes are firm for at least 90 days.

Additional charges include:

• Design services: 2% of list price
  Design fees apply when a designer helps plan workspace design, provides budget guidance, advises in product selection, or offers other essential services.
• Simple Delivery: 3% of list price
• Complex Assembly: 2% of list price
