FSAP Confidentiality Statement

Read the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program's confidentiality statement.

The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is a professional confidential assessment and referral service provided by UC San Diego for the benefit of campus* employees, retirees, and Postdoctoral and Visiting Scholars, and the members of their immediate household.

Services are completely confidential. All records are kept strictly within the program office and will not be released to anyone without your written consent.

Information regarding your participation in the program is never placed in personnel or departmental files, and receiving FSAP assistance will in no way jeopardize job or career opportunities.

NOTICE TO CLIENTS:

The Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) receives and responds to complaints regarding services provided within the scope of practice of (marriage and family therapists, licensed educational psychologists, clinical social workers, or professional clinical counselors).  You may contact the board online or by calling (916) 574-7830.
