UCSD strives to recruit a diverse pool of job applicants through activities that are open to all eligible members of the UC San Diego Community that include:

• Providing guidance in resume-writing and interviewing techniques
• Offering and participating in job fairs
• Networking with community and professional organizations
• Announcing job openings in publications that include a diverse group of potential applicants
• Offering workshops within the university and in the San Diego community
