2018–2019 Merit-Based Salary Program Guidelines

See guidelines for the 2018–19 merit-based salary program and PSS and MSP salary grade structure.

The merit-based budget pool is 3% and cannot be distributed across-the-board. The effective date of the increase is July 1, 2018 for both biweekly and monthly paid employees. The new rate will be paid on the 08/31/18 monthly paycheck and on the 09/05/18 biweekly paycheck.  See links to details about the 2018-19 Merit-Based Salary Program:

See the salary grade structures for PSS (Professional and Support Staff) and MSP (Managers and Senior Professionals), which will remain the same.
