Guidelines for 2011-2012 Merit Increases

See guidelines for the 2011–2012 merit increase program for policy-covered employees.

Merit-based salary increases for eligible employees are retroactive to July 1, 2011 for monthly paid employees and July 10, 2011 for biweekly paid employees. The new rate will be paid on Nov. 1, 2011, for monthly paid employees and Nov. 9, 2011, for biweekly paid employees. See links to details about the 2011–2012 Salary Program:

See the salary grade structures for PSS (Professional and Support Staff) and MSP (Managers and Senior Professionals), which will remain the same.
