2014-2015 Salary Program Guidelines

See guidelines for the 2014-2015 salary program and PSS and MSP salary grade structure.

The salary program pool is 3% with 2% distributed across-the-board and 1% merit-based increases for eligible employees. The effective date of the increase is June 22, 2014 for biweekly paid employees and July 1, 2014 for monthly paid employees.  The new rate will be paid on July 16, 2014, for biweekly paid employees and August 1, 2014, for monthly paid employees. See the salary grade structures for PSS (Professional and Support Staff) and MSP (Managers and Senior Professionals), which will remain the same.
