2015–2016 Salary Program Guidelines

See guidelines for the 2015–2016 salary program and PSS and MSP salary grade structure.

The salary program pool is 3% and will be distributed across-the-board. The effective date of the increase is June 21, 2015 for biweekly paid employees and July 1, 2015 for monthly paid employees.  The new rate will be paid on August 26,2015 for biweekly paid employees and September 1, 2015, for monthly paid employees.
