2017–2018 Merit-Based Salary Program Guidelines

See guidelines for the 2017–18 merit-based salary program and PSS and MSP salary grade structure.

The merit-based budget pool is 3% and cannot be distributed across-the-board. The effective date of the increase is June 18, 2017 for biweekly paid employees and July 1, 2017 for monthly paid employees. The new rate will be paid on July 12, 2017 for biweekly paid employees and August 1, 2017, for monthly paid employees. See links to details about the 2017-18 Merit-Based Salary Program:

Salary grade structures for PSS (Professional and Support Staff) and MSP (Managers and Senior Professionals) will increase by 2.5% effective June 18, 2017, for biweekly paid employees and July 1, 2017, for monthly paid employees.
