Use this form if you're interested in creating or upgrading a CMS Site.
Requirements for New Sites
- CMS sites are for academic Departments or Programs or official ORUs. Note: School of Medicine sites are now eligible for the campus CMS. See School of Medicine Websites Migration for details.
- At this time, we cannot support labs, student organizations, Health Sciences (clinical), course or research level sites.
- See on-campus web resources for assistance with these sites.
- The site must be permanent. One-time events, notices, and other temporary items should be advertised on an existing website.
