- DisAbility Counseling & Consulting - Provides disability management and job accommodation consultation services
- Employee Relations - Assists with conflict in the workplace, policy interpretation, referrals, and consultation on matters related to work. Supports work/ life programs including: workplace flexibility, wellness programs, employee recognition programs, lactation services, dependent care, and more
- Equal Opportunity Services - Supports equal opportunity and the value of diversity
- Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) - Provides confidential support regarding concerns that may be affecting personal well-being and/ or job performance
- Labor Relations - Support proper collective bargaining and formal conflict resolution processes
- Retirement Resource Center - Maintains connections between UC San Diego retirees and the UC San Diego community
- Staff Education & Development - Supports adaptive learning and organization development
- Talent Acquisition & Data Analytics - Responsible for recruitment
- Temporary Employment Services (TES) - Responsible for providing temporary staffing and talent support services
