Integrated HR Services

The Integrated HR Services unit provides specific organizational areas with full-service human resources consultation, guidance and support. 

Our team includes: 

• HR Business Partners who provide dedicated, co-located support specific campus organizational areas or departments. In addition to full-scope HR services, HR Business Partners provide strategic planning and guidance to their units related to people resources. 
• HR Specialists who support and guide supervisors and managers through HR related functions and procedures. Assist HRBPs with HR tracking and records.
• HR Assistants who process HR transactions in UCPath, Onboarding Solutions and other HR systems. They also help onboard new staff.
