People Support

Learn about the People Support domain of Human Resources.

People Support is a new area of Human Resources bringing together integrated HR generalists and transaction specialist to create collaborative experience for employees, supervisors and managers and establishing a team of HR and customer service specialists to serve as the first point of contact for employees. 

Our purpose is to:

  • Provide consultation, guidance and support to enable organizational units to carryout their mission and operational needs.
  • Create a collaborative environment where trusted relationships and teamwork are encouraged.
  • Continuously improve human resources service and productivity through innovation, knowledge and technology.
  • Promote the consistent interpretation and enforcement of policies, procedures, local, state and Federal laws and regulations throughout the University.
