Resources and information to help Timekeepers and Supervisors prepare for the Ecotime launch.

Timekeepers and supervisors are key to the success of the transition to Ecotime. Find resources and information to help with staff presentations as well as instructions for validation of employee data at your Ecotime launch.

Department Awareness Tools

Timekeepers, supervisors, HR and leadership are asked to coordinate efforts to prepare departments for Ecotime and to address staff concerns.

Presentations

This PDF Employee User Guide provides the basics of employee use for use at departmental Ecotime information sessions. Presentation time is less than 30 minutes.

It is recommended that you attend Timekeeper and Supervisor training to become familar with the system yourself before presenting this material.

Signage

An 8.5" x11" print-your-own sign is available for use in breakrooms and other high-visibility locations. Also available is a file for display on digital signage such as screens and monitors.
