Getting rid of pests yourself
Follow these instructions to handle the problem yourself:
Requesting indoor pest control assistance
Examples of routine situations:
- Repetitive ant invasions
- Rats and/ or mice indoors
EH&S Pest Management Services will contact you within 1 working day to inspect your area or to schedule an inspection. If you are not contacted within 3 working days, call (858) 534-4534.
To request pest services for campus and SIO facilities, use 1 of the options below:
- Submit an online Request Pest Management Services form.
To request pest services for UC San Diego Health facilities, contact the Healthcare Safety Office.
Note: If residential housing rooms require pest management services, occupants must coordinate with Residential Life to read and sign a disclosure form before EH&S can treat the occupant's room.
