Services

• PrintConnection online ordering: Customizable products include business cards, campus stationery, exams, booklets, flyers, pamphlets, reports, labels, posters, banners, etc.
• Large-format printing: High-quality color or black-and-white banners, signs and displays from scanned materials or digital files
• Customized products: Business stationery, pre-inked stamps and other personalized material
• Document binding: Finishing methods include comb, velo, tape, spiral, wire-o, perfect, folding, lamination, padding and tabs
• Document scanning service: Put bulk paper documents into digital format for easy storage and retrieval
• Digital publishing: Print and digital publications (browser-based viewing) and apps for mobile devices
• Image enhancement and conversion: Modify, enhance and improve your hard-copy documents
• Project coordination with outside printers: Use pre-approved professional print bureaus for offset printing projects

Direct Mail Services

Triton Print & Digital Media offers a one-stop, streamlined direct mailing service to meet your specific needs. We will help you design your mail piece to meet USPS requirements, including printing, addressing, inserting and confirming Post Office acceptance. We can help you maximize your budget by finding the most cost-effective mailing options.

Delivery Service

Triton Print & Digital Media partners with Integrated Procure-to-Pay Solutions Logistics to streamline order deliveries. Customers can track order delivery status and access delivery history reports through the Logistics Client Portal (VPN/SSO login required).

For expedited service, customers can choose to pick up completed orders at our Campus Services Complex location or at the Campus Curbside pick-up location at no extra charge.

About Deliveries

• A $5.99 delivery fee applies to each order.
• Customers will receive email updates and delivery notifications.
• Logistics will deliver orders completed before 2:30 p.m. weekdays the next business day.
• Customers can choose signature service.
  • If Logistics is unable to obtain a required signature, it will attempt delivery the following business day.
  • When a signature is not required and no one is available to sign, Logistics will include a time-stamped photo of the delivered package with the emailed delivery confirmation notice. Note: Triton Print & Digital Media has effective methods to protect and secure the integrity of sensitive documents, such as exams and quizzes, including use of tamper-proof packaging and sealing materials.
