Printing and Duplication Services

Imprints provides campus customers a variety of printing services.


  • Online ordering through PrintConnection
  • Digital publishing: Imprints offers print and digital publications (browser-based viewing) and apps for mobile devices
  • Customized products: Learn about buying business stationery, pre-inked stamps, and other personalized matter.
  • Document scanning service: Put bulk paper documents into digital format for easy storage and retrieval.
  • Image enhancement and conversion: Modify, enhance, and improve your hard-copy documents with image enhancement and conversion services from Imprints.
  • Large-format printing: Imprints can produce high-quality color or black-and-white banners, signs, and displays from scanned materials or digital files.
  • Document binding: Imprints offers the following finishing methods: comb, velo, tape, spiral, wire-o, and perfect. Other finishing methods include folding, lamination, padding and tabs.
  • Project coordination with outside printers: Imprints has established relationships with outside printers and provides full print coordination services, using preapproved professional print bureaus for offset printing projects.

New Delivery Service Beginning Jan. 4, 2021

Imprints partnered with Integrated Procure-to-Pay Solutions Logistics to facilitate and streamline all order deliveries. Customers will be able to track order delivery status and access delivery history reports through the Logistics Client Portal (VPN/SSO login required).

Customers can still choose to pick up completed orders from the Campus Services Complex or at the Osler Parking Structure Curbside pick-up location at no extra charge.

About Deliveries

  • A $5.99 delivery fee will apply to each Imprints order.
  • Customers will receive email updates and delivery notifications.
  • Logistics will deliver orders completed before 2:30 p.m. weekdays the next business day.
  • Customers will have the option to choose signature service.
    • If Logistics is unable to obtain a required signature, it will attempt delivery the following business day.
    • When a signature is not required and no one is available to sign, Logistics will include a time-stamped photo of the delivered package with the emailed delivery confirmation notice. Note: Imprints has effective methods to protect and secure the integrity of sensitive documents, such as exams and quizzes, including use of tamper-proof packaging and sealing materials.
