99 (Non–union)
Range adjustment | 1.5% adjustment to range minimums/ maximums effective 10/1/02. Open ranges without steps. Re–grading some healthcare titles. |
Merit | 1.5% budget, effective 10/1/02. Eligible if non–probationary, in any career position as of 4/1/02, with a salary rate below the range maximum. Exclusively–represented employees who become non–represented before 10/1/02 are eligible if they otherwise qualify. |
Employee incentive awards | Eligible for cash bonuses. 0.5% mandatory assessment to IAP pool |
Casual–restricted increases | No adjustment to Assistant series ranges. Up to 1.5% increase after 12 months on pay status since the most recent date of hire or last within–range increase. |
Other | Shift differential and on-call rate increases to health care titles. |
