CX – Clerical (Represented by CUE)

Range adjustment 1% range adjustment 10/1/02
Merit 1/2 step increase 10/1/02. Eligible if career in unit for 6 months or more prior to effective date of the increase, with a salary rate below the range maximum and Solid Performance or better.
Employee incentive awards Eligible for cash bonuses. 0.5% mandatory assessment to IAP pool.
Other Lump sum payment equal to 1% of wages earned 11/1/01 – 9/30/02.
